The Pierson Coupe Aged Linocut Print (300gr/Maroon edition)

Print run limited to 6 prints, signed and numbered by the artist. There will be no additional prints in this color/paper/distressing combination. Even if it is a limited print of 6 copies, it's in fact a monotype, since with the aging process, all of them are different.

Linocut hand printed by the artist with an industrial hydraulic press.
Paper size 8-1/4 x 11-3/4 in (21x29,7cm) approximately.
One layer print : Maroon ink on Canson 300gr watercolor paper.
The first step of the process has been to dye the paper with black tea. After being printed and dried, each print has been individually washed, and artificially stained, and aged by the artist.
The result may vary from one print to another, both in terms of print quality and wear treatment. Each print is therefore unique.
